MEND
The MEND (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition, Do
it!) programme is a FREE lifestyle course for children aged between 7
and 13 years and their families and has been running in Swale since
September 2007. We have great opportunities for children and families to
join us on the September 2008 programme running in Sheerness.
On the programme, families will be
involved in activities based on food and nutrition e.g. Who wants to be
a healthionnarie, food label reading, and the children will play games
at every session.
The programme is for
children who are overweight but their brothers or sisters are welcome to
come too and an adult or carer must be there too!
To sign up couldn't be easier, just call
the new free phone telephone number 0800 849 4000 to register today.
