Kent Choices for you is a brand new website
for young people in Kent aged 14 to 19, and provides information

Swale
Carers Centre
Young Carers Support Service provides support,
recognition and respite activities for all young carers registered
with the service.
Young Carers are children and young people
aged five to eighteen years old who take on the responsibility of
caring for someone at home be affected by long term illness,
disability, drug or alcohol misuse or mental issues.
Young Carers meet during term time only. Every
Tuesday between 5-7pm meetings are held at The Healthy Living
Centre, Sheerness, and every Thursday meetings are held between
4.15pm-6.15pm at New House Youth Centre in Sittingbourne.
